The Central Coast Classico makes its debut in Cambria April 24–26, 2026, as a new three-day, non-competitive cycling festival celebrating the breathtaking roads, gravel routes, and coastal beauty of California’s Central Coast.
This first-year event replaces the beloved Eroica California and carries forward its spirit while opening the doors to both vintage cycling purists and modern road and gravel riders.
No racing. No timing chips. No pressure. Just pure riding joy.
Riders will experience two scenic route options:
A stunning coastal ride along iconic Highway 1 past Piedras Blancas Lighthouse. Ocean views, rolling terrain, sea breezes, and a relaxed beachside vibe.
A more adventurous backcountry route featuring gravel segments, spirited climbs, and vineyard-lined stretches through the rugged Coastal Range.
Both routes include:
Vintage riders are encouraged to bring pre-1988 steel bicycles to honor cycling heritage, while modern road and gravel riders are equally welcomeÂ
