Ragged Point Inn kicks off its 2026 Summer Concert series with Play That Funky Sound (PTFS) on the Plaza. Perched at the dramatic gateway to Big Sur, Ragged Point is one of the most scenic places on the Central Coast to catch live music, with the Pacific stretching out below and the Santa Lucia mountains rising behind.
The concert runs from noon to 4 PM and is free to attend. The restaurant, espresso and bakery, and gift shop are all open, so you can make a full afternoon of it. Ragged Point sits about 20 minutes north of San Simeon along Highway 1, an easy and beautiful North Coast drive.
