Cambria painter Margaret Biggs fills the Studio gallery at the Cambria Center for the Arts with What is Revealed, a summer show of stylized realism.
On view June 30 through August 30, the exhibit gathers new work in a quiet, deliberate register, the kind of painting that rewards a slow second look rather than a quick pass through the room. The gallery sits right on Main Street in East Village, an easy stop on an afternoon stroll.
What is Revealed opens alongside George Scribner’s It’s the Journey, and the two artists share an opening reception on Sunday, July 5. Viewing is free throughout the run during the Center’s regular gallery hours, Tuesday through Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.
