SUMMARY:🚴 Central Coast Classico 2026
DESCRIPTION:The Central Coast Classico makes its debut in Cambria April 24–26\, 2026\, as a new three-day\, non-competitive cycling festival celebrating the breathtaking roads\, gravel routes\, and coastal beauty of California’s Central Coast. \nThis first-year event replaces the beloved Eroica California and carries forward its spirit while opening the doors to both vintage cycling purists and modern road and gravel riders. \nNo racing. No timing chips. No pressure. Just pure riding joy. \nRiders will experience two scenic route options: \nJade Route – 38 Miles\nA stunning coastal ride along iconic Highway 1 past Piedras Blancas Lighthouse. Ocean views\, rolling terrain\, sea breezes\, and a relaxed beachside vibe. \nLimestone Route – 75 Miles\nA more adventurous backcountry route featuring gravel segments\, spirited climbs\, and vineyard-lined stretches through the rugged Coastal Range. \nBoth routes include: \n\nFully supported food and hydration stops\nMechanical aid stations\nSweeper vehicle support\nRest facilities along the course\n\nVintage riders are encouraged to bring pre-1988 steel bicycles to honor cycling heritage\, while modern road and gravel riders are equally welcome  \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\nPHOTO CREDIT: Central Coast Classico Press & Media Kit \nWhy This Event Matters for Cambria\nThe Central Coast Classico positions Cambria as the premier spring cycling destination on the California coast.
