DESCRIPTION:A slower way to experience the forest.\nThis guided forest bathing walk invites you to step away from distraction and reconnect with the natural environment through your senses. \nAs you move through winding forest trails\, each turn opens into a new space. The scent of Yerba Buena\, the sounds of wildlife\, and the textures of native plants become part of the experience. \nLed by docent Brian Morgan\, the walk encourages observation\, curiosity\, and conversation. The experience concludes with a simple introduction to journaling\, offering a way to reflect on what you’ve noticed. \nRegistration is required. Meeting location details will be shared with all registrants in advance. \nBefore you go:\nWear comfortable shoes. No restroom facilities are available. Children welcome with adult supervision.
