DESCRIPTION:The Cambria Historical Society hosts its 27th Annual Heritage Day Celebration\, and this year the star of the show is a bison burger.\nJohn and Garrett Taylor\, fifth and sixth generation Cambria ranchers behind Taylor Ranch 1868 in Green Valley\, will be grilling up grass-fed bison burgers on brioche buns\, served with special sauce or ketchup\, lettuce\, pickled jalapeno for those who want it\, and a bag of kettle chips. It is a chance to meet the Taylor family\, learn about their ranch\, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon in the Museum Garden. \nServing runs from 11:30 AM until 3:00 PM\, or until the burgers run out\, so come hungry and come early. It is a genuinely local celebration of Cambria heritage\, the kind of community gathering the Historical Society does so well. \nSpending the day in town?
