Known for her deeply expressive and lyrical style\, her playing has been described by The New York Times as “liquid… dreamlike.” \nThis special concert will benefit Katya Concerts for Kids\, Inc. (KCK)\, a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing the transformative power of classical music to children in underserved communities. Through live performances\, interactive experiences\, and educational outreach\, the organization introduces young audiences\, many for the very first time\, to the beauty\, inspiration\, and emotional richness of classical music. \nNew York-based Katya will be visiting friends in Cambria and has agreed to perform a concert here.
