Animal Sculpture and Totem Retreat: Your Artistic Adventure Awaits

Discover the creative power of sculpture during the Animal Sculpture and Totem Retreat, a four-day immersive art experience held at Camp Ocean Pines in Cambria.

Led by artist Emilie Parker, this retreat invites participants to explore the connection between creativity, storytelling, and animal symbolism through hands-on sculpting. Artists of all skill levels are welcome, and no prior experience is required.

Participants will learn foundational sculpting techniques while creating their own animal-inspired totem sculptures using clay and glazing materials provided during the workshop. The retreat focuses on creative exploration, personal expression, and developing confidence through guided instruction.

Set among the peaceful coastal forest surroundings of Camp Ocean Pines, the retreat offers an inspiring environment where artists can reconnect with their creativity while enjoying the natural beauty of Cambria.

All clay, glazes, and sculpting tools are included in the course.

Two participation packages are available:

• On-site package ($995) includes shared cabin lodging for three nights, eight meals, course instruction, and all materials.
• Off-site package ($925) includes meals, instruction, and materials without lodging.

The retreat begins Friday afternoon and concludes Monday midday.
